Johnny Maxwell

After High School Graduation, I enlisted in the Marines 69', (yes enlisted) after that graduation (whew), I went to work as a mechanic at my Dad's Texaco service station in La Habra, CA.. From there I went to work for Arrowhead Water as Delivery route salesman... Then to Snap-On tools, a dealership in Oceanside, San Diego'... Then to Radio Shack and computers (remember TRS-80's)... Now for the last 10 years, I work for IBM and from home, (the walk from the bedroom to my office takes a long time some days, the kitchen gets in the way) managing server infrastructure for Lotus Domino (and what ever else gets in the way)....

I remember a bunch of us guy's, would stand under the tree's in the square, after we would get a soda/coke from the snack bar and tell joke's... We would set our coke's on red brick planters, as we tried to out do each other, to see who could tell the best joke for that day... If you remember the bricks were covered with bird poop and you couldn't sit down without getting a dirty butt... I remember one day, I had just set my coke down and a bird pooped in it, I saw the splash... That was the best joke of that Day ! Somebody said go ahead drink it, I dare ya !
