Received my B.A. from Azusa Pacific University in 1973. I married Mary Meisenheimer, also a PHS grad ('72). I taught and was principal at a Christian school in Long Beach before moving to Northern California in 1977, where I have been administrator of a K-12 Christian school in Yuba City (between Sacramento and Chico) for the last 31 years.
We are enjoying our grandkids; Our son, Will, is a computer geek in Boise ID. and has two children... Makalyn is 8 and Nolyn is 2. Our daughter, Crystal, is teaching in San Jose, and has a son, Aedan, who is also 2.
It has been lonely existence being a Dodger fan in Nor. Cal. Looking forward to reacquainting at the reunion.
It has been fun reminiscing about our school days. I remember some great times with those on Student Council: John Olson, Dennis Chrisner, Randy Roberts, Jackie Petzold, Charlene Henderson, Darnell Weinbarger, Lynn Scales, Steve Wysong, Steve Bell, Debbie Taylor (what was the Commissioner of Control), Cheryl Thurlo, Kathy Davies, Jeri Fish and Ron Lisenbe;
I recall the positive influence Doug Rozelle had on my life through student council and Campus Life...
I also have good memories of being involved in the play, "The Night of January 16th."
I can remember getting leveled in one of the my first football practices by a big bruiser named Dave Wright...
I remember receiving my only "F" from Mr. Dunn in Spanish III because my 78% didn't deserve a "C" because he decided to use a 95%, 90% and 85% scale instead of the 90%, 80% and 70% scale all other teachers were using.
I remember drill sargeant Regner in PE; enduring Mr. Zabriske's science lectures and Mrs. Bullington reading us through the U.S. History textbook.
