I haven't seen Alan for over thirty years and just a couple weeks ago I saw him at Doug Knopp's memorial service.I couldn't believe what a nice guy he turned out to be. We really had a nice time talking about the old times and also talked about the future. He really had a great sense of humor. He said if he knew he would have lived this long he would have taken better care of himself. We planed on having lunch next month. He was a great guy and he will be surely missed.

I was deepley saddened when I heard of Alans passing, although I haven't seen Alan in about 40 years we were in contact for the past 2 months and it was great talking to him.He was a great friend and we were pals growing up I wish I would have made the time to see him.
My thoughts and prayers are with Alans entire family.

I remember Alan and the entire family from the neighborhood. Alan was a year behind me in school so our paths would cross many times in Creighton and Olney HS.
I do not think that anyone had a bad word about Alan. He was a good person.
I send my deepest sympathy to his family. Let's all say a prayer for another loss from the neighborhood of a good person

Janice, I am so sorry for your loss. Alan was a really nice guy, he was a class clown just like me. We were in class together at Creighton and Olney. I know he must have been thrilled to get together with the guys from the old neighborhood.

In Alan's honor let's make the most of everyday, be kind, help someone, enjoy every minute.
My prayers are with you and your family
Regards Celie
