I remember Tom as a sweet and funny young man in high school. He passed away September 13, 1995 according to the following obit in the Morning Call.
Thomas W. Eichlin, 35, of 4101 Birch Drive, Bethlehem Township, died Monday after an illness in the home of a friend in Macungie. A graduate of Raritan Valley Community College, Eichlin was a registered nurse in the emergency room of Warren Hospital for 12 years until January. Born in Phillipsburg, he was a son of Thomas E. Eichlin of Stewartsville, N.J., and Nancy (Staub) Eichlin, with whom he resided. Survivors: Parents; sisters, Nancy Mason of Easton and Linda Lemp of Hackettstown, N.J.; stepmother, Ruth Ann Eichlin of Stewartsville; stepbrother, Gary Apple in Texas, and a companion, Mitchell Fry of Macungie.
