The Warren County prosecutor's office identified the man as Randall H. Tophoney, 38, of 211 Fairview Ave., Riegelsville. Tophoney was found by a customer at Shandor's Used Car Parts on River Road. He was known as a frequent purchaser of used auto parts, officials said.
An investigation at the scene indicated Tophoney's death was the result of a drug overdose, officials said.
