Jim passed away on October 8, 2009 after complications from a chronic medical condition. On June 10, 2010 a wake was held @ Corbin's Bar & Grill to celebrate Jim's life. His many life long friends shared stories, laughs and a few tears about a man that had a special way of making people smile and feel good about themselves and others. He was the best man @ my wedding and simply one of the very best friends I have ever known.
I also had the pleasure to work with Jim after high school. He was part owner of a college bar called Sugar Mountain in Tucson. He was also in my wedding and he was a dear friend. Jim was a very caring person who was very loyal to a friendship. If you ever needed anything you knew Jim would always be there for you. I occasionally reflect on the good times we had together, and all the friends we had.
