Fifty years is a long time and life is interesting. It is hard to just to choose what to write about. So I will cover the last few years.
Number one is that I am finally a grandmother and that is so special. I get to see him almost everyday and that is a treat and a blessing.
I am suppose to be retired but still work as the bookkeeper in our family business. Anyone who took a math class with me will remember how good I am with numbers ---NOT. So it is ironic that I have spent the last 20+ years doing just that. Thank heavens for Quickbooks!
I am active in our church and my husband and I travel almost once a year to work in a Children's Home in Kenya Africa. We have children there that we support and love. The home is called Huruma Children's Home. If you go on their website you will see what a wonderful work this Kenyan woman has done and is doing for the lost unwanted children in Kenya.
I also love to travel just about anywhere -- been to Italy, Israel, Greece, UK, China, Africa, Chile. Always happy to come home to this wonderful country.
I have a very good life and am thankful everyday that God has supplied all my needs and many of my wants.
