Geraldine G Thompson Borgstadt, 43, of Phoenix, a beautician, died October 22, 1993.  She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 4, 1950. 

Survivors include her sisters Doraine Klitzman, Marge Fite and Cheryl A Fowke; and her brother Allen Wayne Thompson.  Services have been held.
