Marjorie Jeanne Valentine, age 72, and Sam Allan Miller, age 73, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024. Both Marjie and Sam were born in Phoenix, Arizona and spent their lives in Phoenix. Sam served in the United States Navy from 1970 until 1973. Marjie and Sam met in Rocky Point, Mexico, which was one of their favorite places. They enjoyed the beach and loved animals. Both were strong Christians and members of Christ's Church of the Valley. Marjie and Sam were very much in love.

Sam was predeceased by his brother Greg Miller and Marjie was predeceased by her sister Billie Burns. They are survived by their daughter Rachel (Matthew) O’Brien; their five grandchildren; Sam’s sister Karen (Paul) Norman; Marjie’s brother Michael (Christine) Valentine; Marjie’s sisters Jimmy Van Den Bosch and Valerie Valentine; Sam’s sister-in-law Corri Miller; and Marjie’s brother-in-law Ron Burns; as well as their many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 at 11:00am at Christ's Church of the Valley, 15025 N. 19th Avenue, Phoenix, Az 85023. They will be laid to rest at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
