Henry Wayne Tom, 58, of Phoenix, went home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2011. He was an attorney who specialized in tax law and was a partner in the firm Chalpin and Tom, Ltd.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela, sons Christopher and Alexander, daughter, Victoria, sisters Kelly (Stanley) Wong and Marjorie (Justin) Go, brother George (Sissy)Tom, 4 nieces and 4 nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, March 10 at AL Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phoenix. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Friday, March 11 at Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix.

** After Henry's death, a "Henry Tom Outstanding Tax Attorney Award" was established by the State Bar of Arizona and is given out annually to deserving tax law attorneys.
