Suzanne Carson VIEW PROFILE

Suzanne Carson

Sadly, we have lost another classmate. We have just learned that Suzanne Carson passed on August 22, 2021. Many of us remember going to grade school with Suzanne (Encanto/Clarendon) along with sharing the four years at West. Suzanne was instrumental in organizing our 40th class reunion. May her memory be a blessing.  Ginni Weaver Lionberger

Oh my goodness, Suzanne!  Do you remember living together on West Cheery Lynn?  Steve Bos and the Thompson girls, April and Jane, lived to our west, and your family to our east.  Your parents were so understanding and welcoming toward my brother and sister, and me.  And together with your own brother and sister we would swim the summers away in your backyard pool. Dove hunting with your father and brother in the territory now known as "North Phoenix".  The day that my brother drove our '59 Pontiac Starchief into our kitchen started with an innocent turn-around in your driveway, what ensued thereafter wasn't quite as innocent, I'm afraid.  Though in the years to follow we remained rather distant, raising ourselves as it were, I know that you were tremendously introspective and trust that this heavenly graduation finds you happier than in all your moments leading up to it.  May Gods Bless you, Suzanne!  Will you save me a spot, maybe somewhere to your west, please!  "The music in my heart I bore, long after it was heard no more."  William Wordsworth
