“PAWS IN THE PARK” GUIDELINES

This area is dedicated to fun and exercise activities with your dog. We, like you, want to respect the rights of other pet friendly owners, and have implemented the following guidelines.

• Use dog park at your own risk
• Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) at all times
• No more than 2 dogs per person
• Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting
• Dog waste must be cleaned up by dog owners immediately
• Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog with leash readily available
• Dog owners must be at least 16 years of age
• Aggressive/Barking dogs must be removed immediately, and will be evicted from the community
• Dogs must be up to date on current vaccinations
• Dogs must wear their current dog license (if required)
• No food or drink (people or dog treats), glass containers of any kind, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes or cigars are allowed inside the Dog Park
