Fred R. Bailey was born 2-5-1941 and passed into the arms of the Lord in Charlotte, NC 6-22-2020.  He was dearly loved by his wife Laurel and his one daughter and and one son and 4 grandchildren and he loved his family dog, Charley.

Gretchen Keck (Hibbs)

I remember Fred well from Mr. Walkers algebra class.  When Mr. Walker  had a wrestling match to coach, Fred would tutor the class.  Fred did a much better job with lots of humor.  (That lasted until a vice principal caught us without a sub!). Fred was a great guy and such a nice person.

I remember Fred  as a real fun guy!  He taught a bunch of us a dance while waiting for our class to begin.....oh, such a long time ago!  upstairs, in the hall towards Cedar Blvd. I think.  Really happy, nostlagic  memory.  Rip, Fred.  .V

Burton West (West)

Sad to learn of Fred's death.  He was a naturally funny guy in high school, often very entertaining, seemingly without trying.  He was a friend.
