Our classmate Mary Calhoon passed away April 8, 2006 in Caresource, Salt Lake City, UT. The youngest child of the late Forrest and Elizabeth Calhoon, she was born in Pittsburgh, PA on10-17-1940, her father's birthday. She attended the Mt. Lebanon, PA Public Schools and graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1963. She married Thomas Maynard Nelson in 1963. They resided in St. Charles, MO, Cupertino, CA, and Sandy, UT. She was preceded in death by her husband; and by their son, Robert Maynard Nelson. She is survived by her grandson, Jake Nelson, of Etna, WA; her brother, Robert McCluer Calhoon of Greensboro, NC; and her sister, Margaret Calhoon Robbins of Sykesville, MD. Her funeral service was held at the Cottonwood Presbyterian Cherch 4-18-2006.
