Mike passed away at 73 on September23, 2014 in Camino, CA. This is according to information found on the PeopleSmart website. I checked with his wife Janice and she verified the bad news.
I didn't know Mike until after high school. He, Rick Cobb, and my husband were fraternity brothers at Lehigh University, so I saw him at Sig Ep parties and get togethers. We last saw Mike at a college reunion several years ago.
Mike was one of the guys who used to gather at Foster School after school and on the weekends to play touch football, basketball, or softball - whatever sport was in season. Although he was one of the best athletes, he was also a really nice guy. I'm sorry I never got to see him at any of the reunions.
