(From his sister, Virginia Ramsey) I'm writing to inform you that Fran passed away on June 16, 2001 after battleing stomach cancer for about 2 years. He resided in Fresno, California where was a stockbroker with AG Edwards. I'm sorry to be the bearer of such sad news. I know that he would have enjoyed his 50th reunion. I remember when he came to Pittsburgh for his 25th, and that he had a great time. I remember this because he stayed with me when he came for his 25th reunion. (Transferred from my email.) Thomas W.
