JAMES "JIM"
Age 68, of Bethel Park, PA passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. Born on December 2, 1947, he was the son of the late Louise and Alfred J. Morin. Cherished father of Jennifer Boyd-Morin and dear brother of Deborah Morin Helmstetter. Also survived by his ex-wife, Margie Boyd, and his VFW family. Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Alfred Morin. Jim was a dedicated member of the VFW Post 764, who will especially be remembered for his origination of and passion for the Wall of Valor. He was also an avid coin collector and crossword puzzle enthusiast. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at CREMATION AND FUNERAL CARE, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at the St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church, 120 Abington Dr., McMurray, PA 15317. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment will follow with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
