Age 68, on Thursday, September 22, 2016, of Baldwin, formerly of Allentown. Beloved husband of 41 years to Judith A. (Gidias); loving father of Linda J. Holmes and James D. Shook; proud grandfather of Scott A. Holmes II and Stephanie Shook; beloved son of the late Stanley and Dorothy Rachuba; brother of Karen Stanley, Timothy Rachuba and the late Robert Rachuba. Also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the JOHN F.
