I have wonderful memories of Robert from Allderdice.  I will always remember the swimming pool at Robert's house where I would go from time to time in the summer to swim with Robert and his family.   Those long summer days in Pittsburgh seem far away now.  It is with great sadness that I learn of his passing and I send my condolences to his family to all who were close to him.

Bobby and I were also classmates at Greenfield School, second grade, before his family moved to Plainfield Avenue.  When Bobby and his family lived on McCaslin Street in Greenfield, I remember attending a birthday party at his house at which I had my very first "footlong" hot dog!  After he moved to Plainfield Ave., I remember going to his house several times to swim in his pool.  We re-connected at Allderdice years later.  He was a great kid who grew up to be a fine man.  I send my deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Bob and I were close friends.  He was a very bright, introspective, and heartfelt friend.  Many years, many stories, but all great memories.  My thoughts with his family and friends.

I also have tender memories of him.  His pool parties and of his thoughtfulness and kindness.

Prayers for his family and loved ones.

I am very sad to learn about Bob's passing.  He and I became good friends during our six years together at Allderdice.  I often visited him at his home. We also took driver's ed together at the IKC.  We were both in the German club with Frau Gordon and socially both of us spent many weekend evenings listening to music and dancing at the Varsity House.

My deepest condolences to his family.
