Q: Is there a dress code for the dinner / dance?
A: Four Points by Sheraton North is a beautiful hotel and our event will be held in a formal ballroom. Although there is no required dress code, please keep in mind that this is a semi-formal affair.
Q: How many drinks will be included with the purchase of my ticket?
A: At this time, we are including a minimum of one drink ticket per person. Drink tickets should be used for alchoholic beverages only. Soda will be provided for $1.00.
Q: Will there be a bar all evening at the dinner / dance?
A: Yes, there will be two cash bars open from 6:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M. After the event ends, there is a hotel bar open until 2:00 A.M. that you may use.
Q: Is there a deadline for purchasing my ticket for the reunion dinner?
A: Yes. Please purchase your ticket(s) no later than Friday, July 12, 2013. As of July 13th, we will open registration and sales to include the classes of 1992 & 1994.
Q: I would like to reserve a hotel room for the weekend at The Four Points Sheraton North; is there a special rate for our group?
A: Yes! Please call 1.888.627.8175 and mention the Allderdice 1993 Class Reunion at the Sheraton North to get the rate of $110.00/night. Please book your room no later than July 19th, 2013.
Q: Is there parking available at Four Points?
A: Yes, there is a hotel parking lot with free parking.
Q: Can I pay with a check or money order?
A: If possible, please pay with credit card via the RSVP & Purchase Tickets link. We will not accept checks but money orders can be mailed to us. Please click on the Contact Us tab and we will provide you with an address to send payments.
