M. Barbara (Finello) Phelps, 48, of Westwood, died suddenly Thursday, April 11, 2013. She was the loving wife of Gary W. Phelps; loving mother of Rachael and Katie Phelps; loving daughter of Fred and Mary Lou Finello; sister of Thomas (Mary) Finello; and aunt of Sarah and Emily Finello.
