Our Veterans

                                      Salute to Our Veterans

A Veteran is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank

check made payable to the "United States of America" for an amount

of up to and including his/her own life.

Phil Wilson - died 12/16/1970 in Vietnam

(His name is listed on the Vietnam
                Wall in Washington D.C.)

                                     Turn Again To Life

If I should die and leave you awhile,
Be not like others, sore and undone,
Who keep long vigils by the silent dust and weep.
For my sake - turn again to life and smile
Nerving thy heart and trembling hand to do
Something to comfort other hearts than thine.
Complete those dear unfinished tasks of mine
And I, per chance, may therein comfort you.
-A. Prince Hughes & Mary Lee Hall
