Class Minutes for August 2, 2008

Purpose: The Class of 1983 is planning its 25^th Year Class Party and its 30^th Year Class Reunion.

The opening prayer was administered by Donald Anderson.

The meeting was called to order by LaDonna Smith.

First Agenda Topic: Reunion Plans

Melva Stephens suggested a class party rather than a formal class reunion due to the short time frame. The classmates agreed to plan a class party tentatively on December 27, 2008.

Second Agenda Topic: Location for event

In an effort to select a facility for the class party, Melva will check on the availability of WBR Community Center and Jennifer Anderson will check on Addis Community Center. Other suggested sites for included The Lake House Reception Center, The Island Clubhouse, Ralph & Kacoo’s and Drusilla’s Seafood.

Third Agenda Topic: Financing

Financing the party will be decided at the next meeting. Attire, music, and menu will be decided at a later meeting.
