Mark Anthony Bencomo, passed away at his home in Upland, CA on January 1, 2023, at the age of 69. Mark was the 1st child born to Joe Bencomo and Delia (Navarro) Shelby both of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Mark attended Pomona High School, graduating in 1971. He worked for Raytheon and lived in Tuscon, AZ for most of his adult life. He loved golfing, deep sea fishing, and spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his two sisters, Lydia (Jimenez) Santos and Marianne Bencomo-Jasso (Robert Jasso), both of Upland, CA as well as his beloved sister-in-law and friend Debbie Cooper of LaVerne. Nephews and Nieces; Louie Santos (Karla Santos) of Upland, Yvette Patterson (Chris Patterson) of Rancho Cucamonga, Dominick Santos of Pasadena, Dejou Marano (Marco Marano) of Claremont, Carlo Bencomo-Jasso, Tracy Mokrick, Chris (Bubba) Cooper, as well as five great-nephews, five great-nieces, and many dear friends.
Please join family and friends for his life celebration on Friday, January 27th 10:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 2110 N San Antonio Ave, Upland, CA 91784. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W. G St, Ontario, CA 91762.
