Thanks to everyone who have bought tickets to our Saturday night event at the beautiful McMenamins Edgefield.  We have a really great group so far, but it's not too late to join us!  The ticket prices have gone up, but you still have one more week to buy a ticket.  Remember we also have an event at On Deck Sports bar in the Pearl on Friday the 11th.  Your committee is meeting again on Monday and we should have some more details regarding the Sunday picnic next week.  Stay tuned!

Friday August 14th

Your committee has made a mutual decision to extend the deadline for tickets to our Saturday night event to Friday August 28th.  The drawing for a free ticket is still in effect.  If you choose to purchase a ticket AFTER August 28th, the price will go up $10 per ticket.  You also have time to send in your pictures.  If you have pictures that need to be scanned you can mail them to Paula and she will be sure to return them to you.  You may contact her through this website for her mailing address.  Also, we definitely have enough interest for the Sunday picnic so that is a go.   We are looking into Happy Valley park.  More details soon!

There are less than three weeks left to purchase tickets for the reunion.  As an incentive, the first 25 people who purchase tickets will be put into a drawing.  The person's name we select at the reunion will get back the purchase price of their ticket!  Remember you must buy your ticket by August 21st!  Thank you to those who already have, your names will be going into the drawing! 

The deadline for submitting pictures is fast approaching!  Please email Paula at mphylland@aol.com by August 28th.  If we don't start getting some more in soon, you will all be seeing a LOT of picutures of your reunion committee instead!

Also, does anyone have ANY pictures from the 10 year reunion?   Please send them in or contact us if you do!  I (Melissa) was fashionably late and missed the group shot or I would probably have it!   Thanks!

FYI- In case you were thinking it would be fun to spend the night at Edgefield,  or  are coming from out-of-town, the hotel has VERY limited or possibly no rooms available for Saturday the 12th.  Also, there is a CONCERT in the outdoor theater that night.  We are hoping and have been told that parking will not be a problem.  We may have some more details about that after our site visit in July.  Alternative hotel info: 

Holiday Inn Express: (800) 718-8466  100 NW Graham Rd, Troutdale.  As of June 22nd this hotel has rooms available.  The Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites down the road on Halsey does NOT, mainly because of the concert at Edgefield (it's Crosby, Stills & Nash in case you are wondering!)

Holiday Inn Portland-Gresham: same phone as above.  2752 NE Hogan Dr., Gresham.  This hotel is proabably a 8-10 minute drive from Edgefield.
