Andy and I were best friends for 61 years. In September of this year, Andy and I took a week long road trip. First to Cooperstown and then to see the Pittsburg Pirates play the Chicago Cubs. As a life long Cubs fan, Andy was happy to see the Cubs win both games. Andy and I spent the week talking old times and baseball. As Andy remarked to me on our road trip, "We've never really had a serious disagreement, have we?"  And we never did have an argument. We were different in many ways. But not in loyalty to each other. I will miss him for the rest of my life.
