In Memory

William “Bill” Wagner

On Sept 25th, 2023, in Boynton Beach FL and with his sisters Joanne and Sandy at his side, Bill Wagner lost his battle with a rare and aggressive blood cancer.
Rest in peace, my friend, you were loved and lived life well.

Will post more information about a Celebration of Life for Bill when more information is known. Please feel free to post any info you may have.

We had so much fun together over the years! I remember Bill sitting on the little hill in the athletic field between Hoover and Churchill, playing his guitar (I met him there, sitting with Deny Abraham's, on my walk home from 10th grade Churchill). My mother met him and told me he was "insolent" and I was not to hang out with him (she never even knew he had a dirt bike and loved to zoom over those athletic field hills) which cemented our friendship. From the 2:00 Club to other activities throughout the years, black tie parties, Annapolis sunset boat cruises, Rehoboth beach jet skiing, waterskiing, all sorts of parties and beaching and in the mid '90's, an over the top wedding reception squeezed in, having Bill as a good friend was never boring and always fun.
I already miss you dearly, my friend, but as you said, you've lived a good life and I agree, you made the most of it. I'll cherish the memories. You were one in a million and will always be alive in my heart. RIP though for you, that peace thing? More like RIF - rest in fun - I have no doubts you are stirring it up wherever you are.
With tears in my eyes and a heavy heart -

Sue

I remember many a time walking on Harker Drive and stopping to have a chat with Bill . He was one of the kindest people I knew.  He always made me smile which wasn't always an easy thing to do. Thinking of him now still makes me smile.

So many memories came flooding back after talking with Sue yesterday.....Billy left an impression on everyone he met in his life.  Unforgettable sums it up -  Annapolis boat rides, Bethany Beach or OC, Swains Lock, Deep Creek Lake, brunch at Clyde's, Polo matches, building couch cushion forts for my daughter in his living room, just hanging-out with friends. Bill never met a stranger - no matter where he went, Bill knew somebody, and they knew him.

Til our paths cross again.

Lovely comments about Bill Wagner. I didn't know him very well, but I thought he was a "cool kid". Over the years I saw that he was very talented.. If anyone hears of any services, or even an obituary notice, please post it. I couldn't find anything online. If the service is going to be near Boynton Beach, I have family in the area and  will be in that area for awhile soon.  Rest in peace, Bill.
