The PFA Class of 1987 is STILL mighty and strong – 25 years later!
What an awesome weekend we enjoyed at Pine Forge Academy where we celebrated our 25th year reunion! A tremendous event full of fellowship, memories, pictures and laughter … plenty of laughter! Thank you so much for participating in this weekend event. Your attendance and enthusiasm speaks volumes about the memorable experiences we shared and your love for Pine Forge Academy.
We continue to encourage our classmates to show their support for the Class of 1987 by donating $5.00 for each year leading up to our 25th reunion year! As a token of our appreciation for your contribution, we will send you a gift bag that was distributed to registered reunion attendees at PFA. During the Sabbath evening awards ceremony, the Class of 1987 pledged $10,000 to the cafeteria fund. The condition of the dining facility is in serious need of vast improvements; our pledge could be immediately effective toward the health and wellbeing of the students. As the largest graduating class to date at Pine Forge Academy, we feel the need to give back and place “our” mark on the campus. We can move toward this goal by committing to work together. We are off to a great start as several of our 1987 classmates have already invested toward our fundraising goal.
We are asking each member of our class to invest in Christian Education by contributing $500 to our class goal. Yes, these are challenging financial times for everyone; a contribution of this type is a sacrifice of love. The donation options found on the PFA Foundation website listed below allows for flexibility that could include very manageable monthly payments toward the $500 per class member pledge.
With your help, the mighty PFA Class of 1987 can proudly present our $10,000 gift to our Alma Mater by December 2012. We believed in our greatness when we graduated from PFA 25 years ago as bright-eyed kids, let this fundraising effort reflect our unity, strength and greatness now as adults. Together we can do anything by the grace of God.
