Good morning As many of you may have already heard, we lost a dear friend and classmate last week, Mitch Nelson. Although there are few details about the services, according to the beief obituary, it will be in PDC. I was hoping as a class, we could send something to the family. If anyone would like to contribute, I will be collecting money via Venmo. Good Morning,

I just wanted to give you the information I received regarding arrangements for Mitch.

Friday April 21st: from 4 to 8 at Garrity Funeral Home for visitation.

Saturday April 22nd: 10:30 Funeral at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with lunch following at 12:00 at The Barn .

This information has not yet been posted on Garrity Funeral Home website, however family gave permission for this to be shared. You can check link to see updates when provided.

Thank you to those who have contributed to a gift/memorial for his family. I will be sure to update you with what was sent to them from our class. Everyone has been very thoughtful and generous which speaks volumes for how much Mitch was admired as a classmate and friend.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to update you with the status of the gift/memorial I am planning for the family.

We have collected enough money to get them a nice cash donation ($500) for them to use as they wish, in addition to a plant of some sort to represent our class at the services. I will plan on having plant delivered next week, when it gets a bit closer. Everyone has been so thoughful and generous.

For those of you who are still wanting to donate, we can always add to the gift of money or put it towards a memorial of some sort in Mitch's name. One thought I had was the shelter/rescue in PDC since his dog was a rescue and meant so much to him.
