attendance/interest survey

Hello Class of 1990,

Now that we are less than two months away from our reunion, I thought I would send out a survey to get a better idea of who plans on going to the 25th reunion on August 15th.  Also, I heard from many of you that you would like to invite some of the teachers to a part of the reuinion.  One of the questions on this survey is "what teacher/teachers are you interested in joining us?"  I am looking for a volunteer that would be willing to be in charge of sending out or extending an invitation to teachers that we are wanting to invite to our ice cream social at Lawler park, pending this survey.   

We have establsihed a price of $30.00 per person.  This price will include the meal and at least one, maybe two drink tickets and other costs that may need to be covered. The ice cream social that we will have earlier in the day, will be funded by donations from those of you that attend the social.  Money from the donations will cover supply costs for the social, including shelter rental etc.  Any extra will go towards unexpected costs if needed. Depending on the remaining balance of funds (if any) after expenses are paid for dinner and social, we can decide as a group what we want to use that money for.

I will need to have a head count for the dinner by the end of July.  Please complete the survey by July 26th.  As for the ice cream social portion, head count is not as important, but it would be nice to get an idea for the amount of supplies needed.

For anyone interested in playing a round of golf in the morning on Saturday, I will be getting back to you with the contact person to set up a tee time.  The cost is not included in the $30.00.

Saturday morning:  Golf for those interested. Time to be determined.

Saturday 12:00 to 2:00:  Ice cream social for individuals or families, at Lawler Park south shelter across from Depot Bar.  Those that are golfing can join us when they are finsihed, if interested.

Saturday 6:00pm:  Drinks/socialize at PDC Country Club

Saturday 7:00pm:  Dinner

Then more drinks, socializing and 80's music! haha
