Greetings from Princeton!
We sent out an email invitation to our 10 year reunion last week. The email was sent to all people who we had email addresses for at the time. I believe I may have missed a few of you, so I'll be sending the email to you today. If you did not receive the email, please email me at lelia.fry@gmail.com and I'll forward it on to you.
I also wanted to give a few extra details about the reunion. Here's the plan:
Friday, October 2

·         Tailgate Picnic at Princeton City Park

Registration and the Picnic begin at 5:00. The tailgate and the game will be family friendly and casual. 

·         PSHS Football Game at Anne S. Hunnicutt Stadium

The game should begin at 7:30. We're trying to see if we can get discounted tickets for the game and/or something free from the concession stands. If so, we will have more information on this at the tailgate. 

·         Club Night at Danny's in Princeton

This was not included in the invitation, but we've set time aside after the football game for club night at Danny's Bar on Mercer Street in Princeton.  

Saturday, October 3

·         Visiting families of deceased classmates

Sometime during the day on Saturday, some of us will be visiting the families of our classmates who have passed away since graduation. We'll also be taking flowers to the families to honor those classmates. If anyone, especially friends of our lost classmates, would like to visit the families with us, please send me an email and let me know (lelia.fry@gmail.com).  

·         Dinner at Bluefield State College

We'll be having a dressy/semi-formal dinner at Bluefield State College. This will be our main reunion event. We'll take a class picture, have a few people share at the dinner, present reunion 'superlatives', have a few games and a few other surprises - we don't want to give everything away! We also plan on having a DJ and dancing after dinner, so plan to stick around!

Registration will open Saturday  night at 6:00 PM for anyone who did not register at the tailgate on Friday. We'll be taking the class picture promptly at 6:30 PM, and the dinner will begin at 7:00. 

Costs

Tailgate Picnic: $15 (Adults) $5 (Children ages 3-10)

Dinner: $20 per person - adults only

Class Picture: $10 each - pictures will be mailed after the reunion  

*The event prices include registration fees.

We would like to have all RSVPs in by Friday, September 4, 2009. To RSVP, just print out the invitation attached to your email, fill out your information, and return it to Staci (Akers) Walters with your check. Staci's address is on the invitation.   

MISSING INFORMATION

If you would be willing to help us find info for classmates we have not been able to locate, please let me know. I will send you a list of people whose info we need and you can just send me any updates you have. Thanks very much!
