Larry J was a disc jockey at the Vetran's Hospital radio station in Providence during his high school years. I lost track of him after we graduated.

Both Jim Nilon, Larry Janello (aka :Larry J which was his radio name) and I were disc jockey's after school on weekdays and on weekends. We enjoyed playing music on request for the Veterans in the Providence Vets Hospital. Eventially,
Television came along in 1958, and the three of us ran their TV Station WPVH Channel 6. Red Cross and other organizations brought in talent to the TV Station which we broadcated (the talent shows) to the veterans who were bedridden.

I remember hearing Larry J on a local radio station spinning popular music after I left the service and came home about 1964. He lived on my street when we were in junior high at Gilbert Stuart.
