Nancy A. (Miller) Rohrer

Nancy A. Rohrer, 64, of Willow Street, was placed in God's hands Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at the Hospice of Lancaster County. Born December 26, 1941 in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Aaron and Dorothy (Graver) Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris M. Rohrer, Jr.

Nancy was a homemaker, mom, sister, and Mom Mom. She enjoyed landscaping and decorating her home and lawn with various displays. People would often drive by her home to see the new plants and decorations that she had so lovingly arranged. Nancy was also a craft show enthusiast, which was a hobby she enjoyed doing with her friends. Her favorite collectable was birdhouses. Above all, she dearly loved her only grandchild, Maddie, and always had time to watch her perform at least one more dance. Nancy will be missed by all of her family and fellow craft friends and vendors whom she grew to know so well.

Nancy is survived by her son: Mark C., husband of Valerie Rohrer of Willow Street; her granddaughter, Maddie Q. Rohrer of Willow Street; two sisters: Patsy Rohrer of Holtwood, and Sandy Kneisley of New Providence; and her brother: Jerry Miller of Quarryville.

Funeral services were private with The Gundel Funeral Home, Inc. helping the family with arrangements.
