Valarie Beckwith Montgomery

Upon graduation, I attended Argubright Business College in Battle Creek. I moved to Coldwater to work for Alliance Associates in 1986. I moved to Kansas City, MO in 1989 for a short stint and then moved back to Michigan in the summer of 89. I obtained a job with Michigan State University on 9/11/89 and have been here since (5 and 1/2 years to retirement). While working at MSU, I attended classes towards my degrees, which I received in 2004 (B.A. Accounting) and 2007 (M.S. Accounting). I am now the Manager of Treasury Services at MSU and love my job. In April 2007, I remarried at my parent's house on Marble Lake. In our spare time, my husband and I follow Spartan sports. We have season tickets to football and hockey and attend several basketball games throughout the season. "GO STATE!"
