Maid Rite Recipe

For those of you who didn't get enough Maid Rites during High School - here is the Recipe from Ross Osgood.

1 Lb. Hamburger browned

1 or 2 finely chopped onions

season with Salt & Pepper

Add in:

1/4 cup mustard

3/4 cup Ketchup

1 can tomato soup

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 small jar of sweet pickle relish

Simmer for 1 hour. If too thick, thin with tomato juice
