Carole A. (Wirth) Stasek, 67, of Reading, died peacefully during the evening hours of Friday February 2, 2018 at The Garden of Memory Care, Easton. Carole was predeceased by her husband, Richard C. Stasek Jr. on July 27, 2003. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Joseph G. and Julia F. (Gorchufsky) Wirth. Carole was a hairdresser for over 45 years, last working as the operator of the Centre Square Beauty Salon located in Laureldale for over 35 years. Carole is survived by her sister, Linda F. (Wirth), wife of Timothy W. Jablonski, of Alsace Twp.; and her brother, Lawrence, husband of Sharon Wirth, of Harrisburg. Carole was predeceased by her sister, Beverly (Wirth), wife of Forrest Barto, and Lana M. (Wirth) Horrigan. Carole was a 1968 graduate of Holy Name High School. Private services will take place at the convenience of the family at Gethsemane Cemetery in Laureldale, Pa.
