Lena Jude Cerniglia, 42, died unexpectedly November 22, 2017, in her Kenhorst residence. She was the fiancee of David M. Vetovich. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Santina (Attinello) Cerniglia, Kenhorst and the late Santo Cerniglia. She was a graduate of Holy Name High School in 1993 and attended Alvernia University. For the last 19 years, Lena was employed by Penske Truck Leasing as a logistics coordinator last working Tuesday. She was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church, Shillington. Lena was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Victor Emmanuel II Society. She is also survived by her son, Julian McDade, at home and a senior at Governor Mifflin High School; two siblings: Salvatore Cerniglia, Kenhorst; and Maria, wife of Kevin Ebert, Bethlehem. David's children: Erick and Matthew also survive her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 10 a.m. at St. John's RCC, 420 Holland Street, Shillington, with entombment to follow at Gethsemane Mausoleum.
