FRIDAY Oct. 18th

Guided Campus Tour -Time TBA   What a surprisingly fun and sentimental experience to find yourself walking through the halls of our old campus alongside people you haven’t seen in fifty years! Suddenly the memories come flooding back as you look around and begin to recognize your long ago friends and acquaintances.  We will be guided in groups to see all of the improvements to the campus, and there have been many since 1969.  There is new construction under way right now. The new (May of this year) science complex is impressive.  The Library is huge and outfitted with computer stations. Our old library is now a computer/robotics classroom. Campus carts will be driven by school employees to assist alumni with mobility challenges. The meeting place and time will be announced at a later date.

Pep Rally - Immediately following campus tour  School faculty and students perform songs and skits in the gym. Golden Grads will have special seating on the floor level. It’s loud and crazy and really a lot of fun to watch. It’s a serious upgrade from the rallies of our day.

Downtown Homecoming Parade Following the Pep Rally  The actual parade route will be announced later. In prior years it has traveled south on Franklin Street, then east on Walnut Street to Main. South on Main to Oak, and back to the school. Floats are no longer allowed on the football field. Classmates will gather at the corner of Jefferson and Walnut, in and around TIPS. Some gather inside for refreshments, while others catch up on more visiting while waiting for the parade to pass by.

Meet and Greet 5:00 - 7:00 PM   Location: Round Table Pizza. 116 W Belle Mill Rd, Red Bluff. The Reunion funds will purchase a few pizzas.  If you wish, you are welcome to order from the menu at your own expense. They have a salad bar and a variety of other choices including gluten free. No Host Beer and Wine available. If you didn't go to the high school earlier today this will be your chance to see everyone and visit.

Homecoming Football Game - 7:00 PM    There will be a designated seating area for the Golden Grads (that's us!) If you register for this activity, or if you attended the campus tour, you will have a free ticket or your name will be on the list for free admission to the game. Our own Queen, Michele Tatro Gunsauls will be participating in the crowning of the 2019 Homecoming Queen. The High School needs to know who's coming so if you plan to attend, you will need to sign up now.

SATURDAY Oct. 19th

Selfie Nostalgia Hunt –10:00 AM  We will meet up in front of the high school gym. You will be given a list of clues to old, but not forgotten landmarks, some still there and some not.  It’s a chance to cruise around Red Bluff and see what you remember. Work in teams or work alone.  You will need a car and a phone with a camera to take those selfies! Try to complete the list correctly in the fastest time.  This takes about 60 - 90 minutes, as you try to figure out the clues and beat the other classmates to the selfie punch! More than anything, it's just a carload of fun. Maybe take advantage of renewed friendships at the campus tour, pep rally, parade, or the meet & greet, to choose the team that just might win! Winners announced at the dinner.

The Golden Age Of All Flower Parties! - 12:00 Noon  Anyone who would like to help create the floral centerpieces for the dinner tables will meet with Decorations Chairman Lynn (Smith) Kirch at the golf club. Lynn has the plan, and all of the necessary supplies will be provided. She is just looking for willing hands. This is another opportunity to catch up with long ago classmates. Everyone is welcome. If you plan to volunteer, please indicate so on your reservation form. Lynn will contact you by email.

9 Hole Golf Scramble – 11:00 AM   Tee Time   This will be at Wilcox Oaks Golf Course:  20995 Wilcox Golf Rd, Red Bluff. The fee for non- club members will be $25 and is to be paid at the golf course. This includes a cart. You don't have to be a golfer to play. A Scramble is designed to include those with no experience.  Come out and have some fun! The golf course needs a head count in advance so if you plan to play you need to sign up here.
