Scheduled up to 12 planes per day for in/outbound procedures such as meals, baggage claim, passenger service, and fleet services for passenger aircrafts. Served as liaison between local authorities and relevant military personnel. Increased speed of movement of passengers through terminal, achieved 99.6% on-time reliability rate. Assisted Frankfort Airport to move over 21,000 passengers monthly and in movement of 2450+ UN peacekeeping personnel during Operation Provide Promise. Oversaw first class treatment of Foreign Dignitaries. Inspected general and hazardous cargo daily for international distribution. Contributed to movement of 2,615 tons of cargo and 2,976 passengers on 156 missions in safe and expeditious manner, which contributed to 615th Air Mobility Operations Group achieving overall rating of "Excellent" upon inspection.
