Charles is survived by his wife, Judy Cramer, stepson, George Agutter, brother, Melvin (Mary), Sonya and Michael, sister, Barbara Jean, half sisters, Charlotte, Cindy, and Kimberly. Charles was in the U.S. Army for 27 years. Since retiring, he lived in Lake Mary, FL. He was previously from West Deptford Township.
