I’m doing well. With careful lifestyle hacks I’m mostly out of afib. Being careful to get exercise everyday, sauna, sunlight, hydration, the right food. I’m eating mostly Keto or at least Paleo: only organic, nonGMO, grass fed and finished beef, pastured raised chicken and eggs, wild caught seafood, no sugar, no soy, no grain, no beans, no dairy hardly, no seed oils. Lots of healthy fats like avocado, olive, and coconut. Mostly have to cook at home as practically no restaurants have food this clean.

Haven’t been doing much art in a while. My mom is 95 and failing; she’s got congestive heart failure and losing all her memory. She’s still managing in her apartment at El Dorado on Arapaho Rd but is ready to die, tired of it all so I hope she can go in her sleep without pain or suffering or a bad fall.

It sounds like you are doing well. I’m hardly ever on the site but your news seems to be good.

Maggianos in North Park is good and you can get a second dinner to take home for $5 from a list that includes lasagne (which Gary loves) so I have dinner with a friend and get the take home dinner for Gary to have when I am fasting on Mondays.

Hey Lance...Are you watching Vaccine Secrets: Covid Crisis with Robert Kennedy Jr and other front line doctors? It started last night and this link is for that episode that comes down tonight at 8 PM and there are 9 days or so changing episodes. I cannot get the vaccine because of the thrombocytopenia issue but I would not get it anyway, like you. Here's the link: https://vsecretscc.com/episode-1-live?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Top_Secrets-EP1-E3-Replay Hope you can catch it before it comes down

I was reading your post about being an election judge. From my research I have read that things will get better this summer but come back in the fall, starting mid October through mid March. Do you know your blood type? This time around it is hitting blood type A - the hardest and this fall it will be the other Rh- blood types: O-, B-, AB-. If you are Rh positive and do not have underlying co-morbidities, you should be safe with rudimentary precautions. If you are Rh- it's a more serious deal. There has not been enough testing in the US to know how much of the population has already had it and since 80-90 % that do get it are asymptomatic or light cases, there's not a lot to worry about. Yes, people are dying but 95+% of those are old, smokers, have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, or obesity. Once you factor in the true numbers who have had it and not died, the mortality rate comes down to approximately a flu season death rate. Supplements that can help avoid it or treat it if you get it are Vit C, selenium (eat 2-3 Brazil nuts a day, potassium, zinc, quercetin, ECGC from green tea, Vit D, oregano oil capsules, and drink real tonic water with quinine. Hope that helps. You do want to avoid ventilators as 80% of people who go one, die.

I have very credible information that the markets will be reduced by 60-70% or pre 9/11 levels so it would be wiser to wait in cash on the sidelines until the drop has happened. There’s a new financial system coming with with gold backed currency and they are creating a level playing field for the entire world. Western economies will be hardest hit. I’d say keep your job a bit longer as things are going to get rough.

Hi David...When you asked about the note cards today, I thought you were wanting me to promote note cards in general but reading your post it sounds like you want me to post the specific paintings of your cards but I don't remember which set of cards you bought because we can make them from any of my images. Do you remember which ones they were?

Happy Birthday, Bob! Are you coming down to Dallas for the Poor David's Pub concert on Thursday, May 17 for John Sebastian? And the next night on Friday at the Fox and Hound for the mini reunion? I really enjoyed reading on your facebook page about the Tiny Couch concerts. It's great that you are supporting the local musicians.

Loved the Pink Floyd video, the music and the light show. Is there a documentary about them like "The History of the Eagles" that we watched a week or so ago?
Glad you did not get locked up in Canada!

Wow, just read your post of 6/20. I have for a long time believed the gov't did the nasty deed on 9/11 but had not heard this yet. It just figures. More and more we hear that things we believe were done by the bad guys are really being done by the gov't/cabal bad guys.
Since you seem to know so much about alternative stuff, have you hear d about the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar and Vietnamese dong and Indonesian rupiah and the Zimbabwe Zim? It will be happening any minute and a small investment will bring amazing wealth. The fastest thing to get is the dong which you can purchase at Travelex.com. Rates are about $65 for 1 million and the rate after revalue will be in the $2 range.
