In Memoriam

Pamela Rodreick

From classmate Lowell Tuttle --

I just received a text from Rusty Shields that Pamela Rodreick has passed away.   I knew she had recently had a bout with cancer, but thought it was in remission...

She was  a long time friend of mine and Mike West and Rusty.

She became a chemist, worked with Frito Lay...became a teacher...and was an author of several children's books that were fairly well touted.

Lowell Tuttle

What a great friend running around in Dallas in those early 70's.   My memory is us going down to Oak Lawn to her little apartment on Prescott with friends, hanging at J Alfreds, listening to albums.   She became a chemist at Frito Lay, later becoming a teacher, and finally authoring some children's books.

Henry's House ABC's

Hannah's Kitchen ABC's of kitchen Recipes

And more...  Here's to you Pam.  Thanks for being a good friend.

Pam Russell (Taylor)

I just heard of Pam's passing. I will always remember our time together in our 20's. She was a good friend/sweet & kind. As Lowell said...Oak Lawn was a hang out and I was glad to spend time with Pam, Lowell, Rusty, etc. So much laughter...! Pam wasvvery intelligent and very kind. I believe the last tome I saw her was 1986-87? Thanks for all the good memories, dear Pam. This news is so sad.
