Lynn, Kelly M. (nee Gleason) Age 50 of Brooklyn Center. Kelly was born December 26, 1961, and passed away into the arms of her Savior and Lord on Sunday, October 21. She is survived by her beloved husband Charles, whom she married April 28, 1990, and her precious children Jordan, Isaiah, and Linnea. Kelly is also survived by her parents Jack and Joann Gleason, sister, Karen (Steve) Hempel, and brothers, Mike (Kerin), Joe (Linda), Ray (Cheryl), Ken (Kerry), and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Suzie. Kelly graduated from Richfield High School, then Mankato State University in 1984; and in 1987, she earned a Master's degree in Special Education from the U of WI River Falls. Kelly bravely and courageously battled cancer that had invaded her body. Her first love was her husband and children. Her God-given gift was working with special needs students whom she loved as her own at Brookview School. Kelly was creatively blessed as an artist doing painting, crocheting, and scrapbooking. Many relatives, friends, co-workers, and neighbors were touched by her gentle, caring, and helping nature. Kelly was a faithful attendee of Speak the Word Church, 515 Jersey Ave, Golden Valley, where the memorial service will be Saturday, October 27 at 3 PM with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Charles Lynn family. Private interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
