CUMMINGS, Ralph Pierce Jr., 63, of Midlothian, Va., passed away October 27, 2013. Ralph was a retired Captain for the City of Richmond Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Sr. and Alma Cummings; and is survived by brother, Lewis M. (Julie) Cummings; and nephew, Dakota Cummings. There will be no service, however, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the City of Richmond Fire Department, 201 E. Franklin St., Richmond, Va. 23219, or to the Richmond Animal League, 11401 International Dr., Richmond, Va. 23236.
