Lucy was my first love at DSF during our sophomore year. I will neverr understand why she was interested in me but I certainly didn't question. It was amazing how the senior boys started talking to me after i began dating Lucy. Of course they were only interested in her. She was obviously the prettiest girl in our class and when I discovered she had passed so young I was quite heartbroken. I saw her at the 5th reunion with her husband and was looking forward to running into her again. But life is short. Reach out to old friends as soon as you can. Stay safe everyone.
Lucy was indeed lovely. She was funny and kind and cheerful. I remember some show put on where Lucy played the Cowardly Lion from the "Wizard of Oz". She was so funny and the hit of the show. I agree with Billy, it is heartbreaking to lose her at such a young age.
