David Albers died in October of 1987 as a result of a scaffolding accident. He was 41 years old and is survived by his wife, Donna, two children and five grandchildren. David was very family oriented and a homebody. He always had some project going on and enjoyed tinkering with cars. He also loved going to the desert where he would drive dirt bikes and sand buggies and go camping. David had often dreamed of having grandchildren, but died before they were born. Donna and her family talk often of David and keep his memory alive, enabling the grandchildren to know what a great granddad he would have been.
