Dianne Michaels Welch

Dianne Michaels Welch, 49, of Madison Heights and formerly of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Lynchburg General Hospital. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she is the daughter of Elwood Secrist Michaels of West Chester, Ohio and the late Margaret Michelson Michaels. Dianne was a graduate of Cave Springs High School and worked for several years in the Roanoke area. In addition to her father, she is survived by her significant other, Dennis Ray Gilliatt of Madison Heights; one son, Timothy W. Welch and his wife, Tiffany, of West Allis, Wis.; one brother, Douglas Michaels and his wife, Laura, of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Valerie LeGore and her husband, Marlin, of Frederick, Md. and Laura Michaels and her significant other, Sherry Atkinson, of Ocracoke, N.C.; one grandson, Nathan James Welch; and nieces and nephews, Collin Michaels, Adelaide Michaels and Aaron LeGore.
