Robert Eldridge Wright, 63, of Roanoke, was called home on Saturday, January 31, 2015. He was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church. He retired from Norfolk Southern in 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Rachael Wright.Robert was a caring and devoted husband, father and poppa. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Theresa Reed Wright; son, Paul S. Wright, of Roanoke; two granddaughters that lit up his world, Rain Ferguson - Wright and Ieslen Wright; aunts, uncles and cousins.A Funeral  Mass will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at St. Andrews Catholic Church, with the Rev. Msgr. Thomas G. Miller officiating. The interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Oakey's North Chapel
