Michael W Swift, age 61, of Roanoke passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019, six days before his 62nd birthday.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward L. Swift III and Joan Sites Swift. 

Mike was born in Covington, VA and lived in Roanoke since the age of 5.  Mike attended Northside High School. 

Mike is survived by his brother Jeffrey Swift (and wife Patricia); nieces Aileen Swift (and husband Jay McMichen) and Kirstin Swift; Aunts, Barbara Mann, Ann Bryan and Isca Mitchell.

A service celebrating Mike’s life will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019, 2:00 pm, at Oakey’s North Chapel, 6732 Peters Creek Road.  His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
