Richard (Rick) Damiano, 53, of Catawba, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. His survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Angela E. Damiano; four sons, Josh, Brendon, Drew and Sam Damiano; parents, Joseph and Alberta Damiano; two brothers, Joe Damiano and his wife, Joyce, and Mark Damiano and his wife, Betty; and numerous nieces, nephews and very close friends. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. The Rev. Msgr. Joseph P. Lehman will officiate. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008, at Oakey's North Chapel, 540-362-1237.
